Tony joined the U.S. Navy in 1995 and completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL Training in 1996. He retired in 2022 after a 27-year career marked by sustained operational leadership, multiple combat deployments, and increasing responsibility. Over the course of his service, Tony deployed on multiple combat tours to Afghanistan and Iraq and later advanced to the rank of Warrant Officer after two decades of enlisted service, deploying three additional times in senior leadership roles.

Throughout his career, Tony was recognized for both operational proficiency and leadership development. He achieved expert qualifications in pistol and rifle marksmanship and served in a range of leadership and instructional roles, including mentoring and training team members and later serving as a sniper instructor, where he trained and developed hundreds of operators. As a Platoon Chief, he was responsible for designing and executing comprehensive training programs to ensure unit readiness, discipline, and effectiveness in high-risk environments.

Tony’s experience is reinforced by extensive qualifications, including Master Training Specialist, Range Safety Officer, High-Risk Training Safety Officer, Sniper Instructor, and Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman. His career reflects a consistent focus on preparation, accountability, and performance under pressure.

Following his retirement from military service, Tony brings this experience to Genesis Consulting, where his background informs a disciplined, practical approach to leadership, readiness, and execution in complex, high-consequence environments.
